How I work.
Every project starts by understanding the problem before choosing how to solve it. Beyond the product being requested, I look at how the business actually works, where friction exists, what is getting in the way today, and what change would create meaningful impact. The goal is to understand the real need before turning it into features.
From there, I design around the people who will use the solution. Their context, priorities, habits, and expectations guide product decisions far more than any specific technology. Understanding how the product fits into their day-to-day work helps keep the experience useful, intuitive, and focused.
I work with deliberate scope: fewer features, better resolved. That creates room to refine the entire experience, from core flows to the small details that make a product feel clear, reliable, and thoughtfully built. The result should not just work — it should feel coherent, intentional, and easy to trust.
